1. Who this policy covers
Haven is provided by Ivan K., who publishes it under the name Syntree Labs. This policy describes the consumer health data Haven collects, why, where it comes from, who receives it and how you can exercise your rights.
2. Consumer health data we collect and why
| Category | Why we collect it and how it is used |
|---|---|
| Inner weather check-ins (Clear, Bright, Grey, Rainy, Stormy), including before and after a session | To show your weather back to you on Today, in your journal and in Your week, to pick the sky and Jennie’s outfit, to time the Pro offer so it never appears after a Rainy or Stormy check-in and, with your AI permission, to let Jennie pick up where you left off and write a weekly note for Haven Pro |
| Conversations with Jennie, including anything you say about your feelings, stress, sleep, relationships or wellbeing | To write Jennie’s replies, suggested small steps and “what you noticed” notes, and to let you return to your conversations |
| Journal entries and their weather | To keep your journal and show it back to you, and to write Jennie’s reflection on an entry when you ask for one |
| Goals you choose, such as sleep, stress or overthinking, and the journeys you take | To suggest journeys, keep track of your progress and, with your AI permission, let a new session pick up where you left off |
| Small steps and whether you completed them | To remind you of the steps you chose, show them on Today and, with your AI permission, let Jennie ask how a step went |
| Information that could reveal you use a wellness app, such as your account identifier and purchase records | To run your account and your Haven Pro subscription and, unless you turn usage sharing off, to measure which screens open and whether things work |
Earlier test versions of Haven could also store Apple Health data and voice messages. The current version does not collect them. Any such data from a test version is included in your export and deleted with your account.
