User Agreement

1. Account Registration

To use Haven, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use Haven in a lawful manner and in accordance with this agreement. You will not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Transmit any harmful code, virus, or malware

3. AI Therapy Services

Haven provides AI-powered mental wellness support. You understand and agree that:

• The AI therapist is not a licensed medical professional
• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
• You should not rely solely on AI advice for critical mental health decisions
• In case of emergency, contact local emergency services immediately

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Haven are owned by Syntree Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of this agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntree Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use Haven.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Syntree Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new agreement on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
