Refund Eligibility
Haven offers refunds for subscription payments under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase
- Refunds are available for monthly and annual subscription plans
- Partial refunds may be provided for unused portions of annual subscriptions
- Refunds are not available for one-time purchases or add-ons after 7 days
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@syntreelabs.com with:
- Your account email address
- Transaction ID or invoice number
- Reason for refund request
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions cancelled after the refund period
- Services already consumed or used
- Gift subscriptions or promotional codes
Chargebacks
If you have a dispute about a charge, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving all billing issues fairly and promptly.
