Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Haven subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all features until the end of the paid period.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription by:

• Going to your account settings and selecting "Cancel Subscription"
• Contacting our support team at support@syntreelabs.com
• Using the cancellation link in your account dashboard

Immediate Cancellation

If you wish to cancel immediately and receive a prorated refund, please contact our support team. Immediate cancellations are subject to our refund policy.

Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation, your account data will be retained for 30 days. You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting support. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted.

Reactivation

You can reactivate your subscription at any time within 30 days of cancellation. After 30 days, you will need to create a new account.
